Return policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with original tags and packaging.

Items NOT eligible for return include:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, or lingerie (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Please do not return items without prior authorization.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof. Femmefable is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  • Contact your bank
